Milk The Funk

Milk The Funk started as a Facebook group, and has grown to become sort of an authority on sour and wild brewing.  Our membership makes up advanced homebrewers, professional brewers, microbiologists, and sour beer enthusiasts.  The content of the group focuses on brewing process, and all posts are expected to contain information useful to the members who read them.  I have been an active member of the group since 2014, and have learned so much about both brewing and microbiology while being an active part of the MTF community.  Currently I am an admin of the group, and have contributed a lot to the Milk The Funk Wiki.  If you are into sour beer brewing, I highly recommend you check us out!
